KrisAlis TV ("we", "us", or "our") operates the KrisAlis TV mobile application for Android and iOS and the website krisalistv.com (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the Service, how it is used, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, address, phone number, or payment information to watch our live stream.

When you use the Service, the following limited information may be collected automatically:

• Technical data: your IP address, device type, operating system, app version, and browser type. This is recorded in standard server logs by our streaming and hosting providers when your device requests the video stream.
• Usage data: basic information such as when the stream was accessed and how long it played, used to keep the service running reliably.
• Crash and diagnostics data: if you have enabled it on your device, Apple or Google may share anonymous crash reports and performance data with us through the App Store or Google Play.

Information you give us: if you contact us by email or phone, we receive your email address or phone number and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to you.

2. How We Use Information

• To deliver the live video stream to your device.
• To monitor, maintain, and improve the quality and stability of the Service.
• To diagnose technical problems and fix crashes.
• To respond to your questions and support requests.
• To protect the Service against abuse and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on trusted third parties to function. These providers may process technical data (such as your IP address) on our behalf:

• Video streaming provider (MuxLive) - delivers the live video stream.
• Web hosting provider - hosts our website and app content.
• Content delivery networks (such as jsDelivr, Cloudflare, and Video.js CDN) - deliver the video player software.
• Apple App Store and Google Play - distribute the app and may provide us with anonymous statistics and crash reports.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-app tracking. The app does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites. Your browser or device may store temporary data needed for video playback.

5. Data Retention

Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting, and are then deleted. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Depending on where you live (including California and Virginia residents under the CCPA and VCDPA), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Because we do not require an account, we hold very little personal data. To make a request, including a request to delete any data associated with you, email us at krisalistv@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will respond within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
